All of us know French Food Festival is the last full weekend in October, but does anyone realize why this year is special? We will be celebrating the 40th Annual French Food Festival – big time! This festival has grown from a few ideas in someone’s home to our present format – an expansion to Thursday. Last year a committee decided to add a new element and French Food Fest ROCKS was born. With a Jazz Festival atmosphere – an outdoor stage on the Bantam Football Field – an appreciative crowd enjoyed an evening of music. Mr. Gary has long been a festival favorite and when asked how many years he’s been “opening French Food Festival” as our annual Friday night tradition his reply was 8 or so years.
